FEAST LIKE THE KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE The ambiance conjures up the sumptuous feasts of knights of medieval legend. With cast-iron frying pans, ladles and tankards suspended from the ceiling, big lit candles in massive candelabra on solid wood tables for just the right atmosphere, and the reddish stone floor and dark wooden ceiling helping to create a most decidedly medieval ambiance. But what, pray tell, do knights actually eat? Their fare should be hearty and wholesome. Meat skewers, salmon steaks or spicy Chorizo salami, for example, plus how about some root veggies, braised tomatoes or potatoes with rosemary. The dinner buffet at the "Castillo" restaurant offers all that and a whole lot more. Feasting here, by the castle moat, is a true delight! New 2015: the themed restaurant Castillo presents a very special highlight: near the buffet, our cortadores will bring you fresh grilled meat skewers at your table.
